Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the creator-operated CryptoRadar OS application uses data obtained through Google authorization and YouTube API Services. It applies to authorized channel owners who connect their YouTube accounts to the software and to visitors to this informational website.
In brief: Google authorization is used to identify channels and, when expressly enabled by the operator, manage video uploads and their publication state. We do not request Google account passwords. You can revoke authorization at any time.
1. Who operates the app
CryptoRadar OS is an independent creator-operated editorial and video production system associated with the AIJI on Crypto brand. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to cryptoradaradmin@gmail.com.
2. What data is accessed
Depending on the access you approve and the enabled features, the application may access or store:
- OAuth authorization credentials, including refresh tokens and short-lived access tokens, used to obtain authorized access without requesting your Google password.
- The identity and identifier of each authorized YouTube channel, so operations are directed to the correct channel.
- Video-related information necessary for authorized publishing, such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, video IDs, visibility settings, scheduled publication details, and upload or processing status.
- Operational records, timestamps, and error/status information required for reliable processing, continuity, troubleshooting and accountability.
The application uses YouTube API Services. Google's handling of your information is also described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Why and how data is used
Authorized data is used only to connect accounts, verify that the correct channel is selected, upload and manage videos expressly authorized by the channel owner, monitor upload or publication status, and maintain technical records needed to operate and secure the workflow. Publication features are subject to operator controls; connecting an account does not itself publish a video.
Google user data is not sold, used to target advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Google authorization tokens are not provided to editorial AI model providers. Any expansion of authorized data use requires updated disclosures and, where applicable, renewed consent.
4. Data storage and security
OAuth credentials and related operational records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure operated for CryptoRadar OS. Access is restricted to authorized operators and processes. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled; no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Access tokens may be temporary; refresh tokens may be retained while the channel remains connected and access is needed. Operational video metadata and logs may be retained while needed for service continuity, troubleshooting or legitimate recordkeeping. We remove or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, or upon a valid deletion request, subject to applicable obligations and necessary backup handling.
5. When information is shared
Information is sent to Google and YouTube as needed to carry out authorized YouTube API requests. Infrastructure providers may process limited hosting or network information to deliver and secure the service. We do not sell authorized Google user data or make it available to advertisers or unrelated third parties. If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the new use is introduced.
6. Website visits
These two informational pages do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, sign-in forms or application cookies. The web server or hosting network may necessarily process standard request information such as IP addresses and request timestamps for delivery, security or troubleshooting.
7. Your control: revoke or request deletion
Channel owners can revoke CryptoRadar OS access through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents new authorized requests but does not automatically erase operational records already stored by the application.
To request deletion of stored OAuth credentials, associated Google/YouTube data or operational records, or to ask about this policy, email cryptoradaradmin@gmail.com. We will review and process requests in accordance with applicable requirements, including any information that must be retained for legitimate reasons.
8. YouTube and Google terms
By using this API client to connect a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The application also operates subject to the applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies and Google API Services User Data Policy.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the application or applicable requirements. Material changes to how Google user data is used will be disclosed before the new use, and new consent will be sought where required. The effective date above identifies the current version.
